Mortgage

Currently looking to buy our first home. We searched the internet for property listings and came up with several good ones  in different areas. In order of priority we're looking for something:

1. Within BUDGET
2. Sturdy (No leaks, floodings, rot etc.)
3. Nice & Safe Neighbourhood
4. 4 Bedrooms or more
5. Big lot (At least it needs to have a backyard)
6. What the house looks like inside/out

We are communicating with several banks as well to get the best deal. Hopefully we get the loan approved and also to find and purchase the perfect home for us.

Awake at this ungodly hour. Trying to fall asleep, surfing the net, thinking what would be an awesome graduation gift for my youngest brother. Money-the most practical choice but also the most boring. The things I have considered are: from cellphone, stock share, money, graduate teddy, cake, a party, parker pen, gift vouchers, and most recently, a singing telegram. Which just goes to show I'll probably end up just gifting cash. I don't know why I even bother...
